By accessing flashkut.ai or using Flashkut's services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

What Flashkut Is

Flashkut is an AI-powered video content engine that helps professionals create, edit, and distribute video content. We provide tools for strategy, scripting, thumbnail generation, video editing, and multi-platform publishing.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Flashkut.

Your Content

• You own your content. Videos, footage, scripts, and any material you upload remain yours.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver our services (editing, transcription, rendering, distribution).
• We don't use your content to train AI models or share it with other users.
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

AI-Generated Content

• Flashkut generates scripts, thumbnails, graphics, and metadata using AI.
• You own the AI-generated outputs created for your projects.
• AI outputs are provided as-is. You're responsible for reviewing and approving them before publishing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Flashkut to create illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our services.
• Resell access to Flashkut without written permission.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Flashkut operates on a monthly subscription basis.
• Founding member pricing is locked at the rate at sign-up and will not increase for as long as the subscription remains active.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you're not satisfied.

Service Availability

• We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Flashkut is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
